Minecraft Potions – Potion of Slow Falling/Tutorial

Are you off to fight the Enderdragon
but you’re worried about getting thrown around? Maybe you’ve got a build that you
want to show off but you keep – going – past a bit – too – fast!
We need a Potion of Slow Falling. Let’s pop into the Brewing Room. (lots of bubbling) … Potion of Slow Falling. I’ll start with the usuals. Bottles of water and some nether wart … (potion gurgles) Now for the main active ingredient,
Phantom Membrane. You get a Phantom Membrane by staying awake for three in-game nights, waiting for the Phantoms to appear, and then managing to kill them. It
drops as a random drop, you may have to kill several… (potion gurgles) And there we are, Potion of Slow Falling. Lasts for a minute 30. That’s not very long. Let’s pop some
redstone dust in. Now what a Potion of Slow Falling does is it makes you float
down like a feather. You take no fall damage if you hit the ground while the
potion is still active. If you are sprinting when you take it you can jump
a gap of 5 blocks. You also can’t crush crops (potion gurgles) There you are, Potion of Slow Falling Plus, lasting for 4 minutes… And that’s your Potion of Slow
Falling
