Mister Rogers Remixed | Garden of Your Mind | PBS Digital Studios

Hi neighbor, welcome again to this neighborhood. I’d like to show you something. Do you know what this is? Well maybe if I press this button. This is a cassette player with a little cassette in here, and there’s nothing written on it,
so we’ll just have to play it to see what it is. Do you ever imagine things? Are they
scary things? Do you ever imagine things, the things you’d like to have? Did you ever
see a cat’s eyes in the dark, and wonder what they were? Did you ever pretend about things
like that before? Did you ever grow anything in the garden of your mind? You can grow ideas
in the garden of your mind. It’s good to be curious about many things you can think about
things and make believe, all you have to do is think and they’ll grow. Imagine every
person that you see is somewhat different from every other person in the world. Some can
do some things, some can do others Did you ever think of the many things you’ve learned to do? Did you ever grow anything in the garden of your mind? You can grow ideas in the garden
of your mind. It’s good to be curious about many things you can think about things and
make believe, all you have to do is think and they’ll grow. Did you feel like going
like that? Let’s give the fish some food. Mr. McFeely, I didn’t order any whistles. (whistle solo) That’s what they call a slide whistle. Did you feel like going like that? There are so many things to learn about in this world and so many people who can help
us learn. Did you ever grow anything in the garden of your mind? You can grow ideas in
the garden of your mind. It’s good to be curious about many things. you can think about things
and make believe, all you have to do is think. You can think about things and make believe,
all you have to do is think and they’ll grow.

  1. I saw this on t.v and my whole childhood flashback to me along with other beloved memories. Time waits for one.

  2. When I got older and to that phase in life where things I liked as a kid were dumb… Mr Rogers was the one thing that stayed off that list because… he was just too awesome!

  3. I'm not opposed to a Mr Rogers remix. I'm opposed to terrible Mr Rogers remixes. The man deserves better than this.
I'm gonna go start a petition for Pogo to do it right.

  4. 0:29 that purple bare gave me the creeps when i was little when i was 5 or 6 im 14 now but wow that bare was so scary

  5. Idk if anyone is gonna see this comment, but here we go. I have mild autism and during 8th grade at school, I have this group with other kids that have autism. And we have this special ed tea
cher who is extremely nice, and she showed this video to us. It supposed to teach about being creative and doing new things, and it did help a lot, but at the same time I almost cried because he is gone now. I am a 14 year old who is not rlly good at writing comments.

  6. Today my science teacher played this in class and me and my imaginary bros were lit, please make a 1 hour version I beg you I liked and subbed please make a 1 hour version

  7. WITH ANTICHRIST Donald j Trump's red flag laws taking law-abiding citizens guns and authorizing FEMA TO SHOOT TO KILL AND load everybody on FEMA barges and kille and dump their bodies overboard or put them in Walmart concentration camps where is mr. Rogers when we need him? But more importantly Jesus Christ is with us all you have to do is give your life to him and the next time you open up your eyes you will see Jesus Christ with arms wide open if not you're going to the other place with Trump and all his cronies and secret societies! Do not put your trust in man for man will always let you down put your trust in Christ and the HEAVENLY father and you shall prevail in the next life.So stand strong untill the end and God shall Grant you life FAITH HOPE LOVE 🙏

  8. People say that we need another Mr. Rogers, or another Bob Ross, or many other great people that have passed away. But I think those same individuals such as Fred Rogers and Bob Ross, wants us to spread and pass on the love and joy in our lives and in our world, that they have given to us. Just think about it, if we become more like them when it comes to kindness, love, caring for others, and many other wonderful things, the world will be a much better place. Spread and pass on the greatness that Mr. Rogers and many others have given us, because they would be very proud of all of us.

  9. He was the real deal. I visited his museum in Latrobe, Pa., which was Fred’s hometown. Admission is $0. Fred Rogers Center, 300 Fraser Purchase Rd.
    Latrobe, PA 15650
