hi guy, i’m going to show you how cook braised pork sausage. please prepare your note to write down the recipe you need a clove chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste, ground nutmeg, seasoning powder this is pre washed sausage and pricked it first before cook to avoid bursting while cooking heat the wok with bit of oil after the oil is hot enough, put in the garlic, cook till the garlic turn brown and become fragrant this black wok is believed could give zinc for our health in our traditional culture after the garlic turned to nice golden brown, add some water after that put the seasoning in seasoned them according to your palette then add 2tbs of sweet soy sauce stir them to develop the taste then put in the pricked sausage turn it over once in a while let it boiled and simmer then add 1tbs oyster sauce then add 1tbs of seasoning liquid turn it over and let it cooked make sure it cooked properly and slice it before you serve it.. this is how my simple dish made. this oily thing is come from the pork guys and that is ok, stir them or reheat it if you want to eat it. enjoy…
