WORK IS WELL UNDERWAY AT THE CORNER OF LIBERTY AVENUE HERE IN LAWRENCEVILLE, THIS BELOVED HISTORIC SITE IS GETTING QUITE THE GRADES AND WE SAW THESE WORKERS INSTALLING NEW SHINGLES IN THE FORMER KEG HOUSE AND IF YOU LOOK AROUND BRAND-NEW WINDOWS AS WELL AND THE PRESIDENT OF ROSEBUD MINING ARMSTRONG OWNS THE BEER COMPANY A COMPANY OFFICIALS CONFIRMED HE HAS AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY TO BUY UP THE ENTIRE LAWRENCEVILLE AREA WHICH IS MADE UP OF ROUGHLY 20 BUILDINGS WE HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO AND A LOT OF PLANNING TO DO AND RIGHT NOW THE MAIN FOCUS IS RESTORING THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDINGS AND WORKING WITH THE HISTORIC COMMITTEE MAKING SURE WE’RE DOING IT RIGHT.
