  2. I'm curious, is there a reason why the garlic cloves go unpeeled?
    Is it to prevent them to burn faster or am I missing something?

  3. Wouldn't the chicken get dry if the tray is not covered in foil. I thought cook with cover on, and then towards the end remove cover to brown the food. I may be wrong, coz you've used oil in the marinade and that helps keep the moisture within the chicken. Hope it tasted good either ways😊👍
