  1. maybe you should rethink cooking in tinfoil. You might want to invest in a braseing pot- it will last a life time and is a much healthier way to cook meat……. just saying 🙂

Usually when I cook these days it's more like a science project that's gone bad.This one's a no-brainer though.For the beer I used a smoked porter with chipotle pepper that my brother gave me.(I just couldn't imagine drinking it) Turned out great.I'm calling it"Braised pig and porter"! Thank you!!!
