Prawn Deep fry In tamil is cooking Prawns with homemade masala. Clean and Wash Prawns Thoroughly Take a container and add Corn flour-1 tbsp Chilli Powder-1 tsp Salt-As per taste Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp All Purpose Flour-1 Tbsp Add Egg white-1 .Make a paste out of it Squeeze Lemon-1/4 tsp Add Some Water Mix all well Add Mixed Powder(Kalantha Thool) Mix all well and add Prawns Marinate Prawns for atleast 20 mins Let it in rest for min 20 mins max one hour After one hour add Yellow egg also mix well Now will fry it Take a deep frying Pan Add Some Oil In medium Flame add Prawns to fry Let it fry for 3 mins Make sure you dont over cook the Prawns Take out after 3mins.fry all prawns like this Now add prawns again to oil for 2 min in high flame Serve hot with rice or rasam
