Prawns Pepper Fry – By Vahchef @

hello namaste salaamwalekum satsriyakaal; welcome back to another session with your VahChef at Today i’m going to make
prawn and pepper fry I’m telling you the aroma that will come
even by you’re making it is so good Dear friends but this is very easy to make
just follow these instructions here, add half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste,
half a teaspoon of chili powder,1 tsp of coriander powder, some turmeric this turmeric will give a very nice flavor so pinch of turmeric, half a teaspoon of garam masala powder, salt, 1 teaspoon of rice flour, 1 tsp spoon of cornstarch and first
mix all of this once this is nicely mixed, add lime juice,
crushed pepper you know very little egg not even half less than half an egg and mix this into a nice paste if you add more egg the
prawns will become slightly soggy so do not have too much of egg just look
at this perfect ok now this is all mixed, in this now is perfect maybe a little bit more of salt, that should be good and now we’re going to add this prawns
with the tail on and mix this nicely okay just make sure that all the pieces
of prawns are nicely coated with this masala, lot of people what they do is after
mixing the prawn they like to leave it to rest but I
don’t like to do that I just want to fry right away because the prawns inside have to be juicy and I want to get that nice just prawn flavor also that is possible when you fry it right away add this prawns into hot oil now there are two things you need to understand if the masala is coming off the prawns that means the oil is not hot enough or you may have to add a little bit of all-purpose flour just in case if it is
coming off just add a little bit of all-purpose flour and then the masala will stick nicely to the prawns. look at this prawns, how the masala is
well coated let me tell your again if the masala is coming what will you do add little bit of all-purpose flour and you’ll have this masala sticking pretty good and transfer this onto a
paper plate The prawns with the pepper getting
fried what an aroma; ok now i’m adding the last you know left left over prawns into this and I want to show you a technique
that will make this super awesome now take some curry leaves and add it in
this masala and also slit green chillies ok now just coat this that should be good enough now when the prawns are almost done that is when we’re going to add this
green chili and the curry leaves and I’m telling you the aroma will spread like boom ba; take all these curry leaves and the last batch of shrimp and top it
off on the fried pepper prawns wow dear friends Oh even the green
chillies I’m telling you in each bite it would be
so tasty hmm and of course our prawns and just
