Quick & Easy Vietnamese Recipes : Marinating Pork & Boiling Eggs for Braised Pork & Egg


Hello, my name is Hui on behalf of Expert
Village, I’m here to show you several quick and easy Vietnamese dishes. Then we would
put the cut pork pieces into a bowl. Add most of the onions with the pork and then we would
add that 1/2 a cup of sugar.
And the half a cup of fish sauce, also the garlic. We would mix all the ingredients so
that they are combined together. We would let the pork marinade for around half a hour.
In the mean time we would put the egg in some boiling water. After 15 minutes we can dump
them in cold water and remove the shell. Then we would have 4 hard boiled eggs.

  2. what's with all the comments about race? Is it on the premise that only French should and can cook french food? move on with progress…we can learn things from each other even if we are not of the color of your liking.

  3. Well, if you understood Asian ethnicity correctly, you'd realize that he's clearly a Chinese guy from Vietnam. That's like your white German or Italian ass teaching a Chinese guy how to cook American food.
