Village, I’m here to show you several quick and easy Vietnamese dishes. To cut the onion
we would trim the top and bottom part. Remove the outer skin and then we would cut the onion
into thick slice. Still holding them together, then we can dice them into 1/2 a inch. That
is what the onions would look like. Then we would cut the pork into 2 inches in length
so that are still a large piece for the stew. If you cut them too small, the pork would
shrink in size and that is what the pork pieces should look like.
