STUDENTS MY SECOND YEAR CULINARY STUDENTS THAT
THERE’S MORE OUT THERE THAN WHAT I’VE
SHOWN THEM SO FAR. WE’RE PROBABLY THE BEST
VALUE, BANG FOR THE BUCK, THAT YOU COULD GET FROM ANY
COOKING SCHOOL IN THIS COUNTRY. SO ESPECIALLY SINCE WE GET
TO PREPARE IT OURSELVES, IT’S GOING TO BE
