Heat the pan/wok before adding oil ie cold oil hot pan. Add a few slices of ginger, 1 spring onion, 3 cloves of garlic and 1/4 of white onion (which i ran out so skipped when filming), and some salt Add in some diced lamb, with gentle heat, stir fry until cooked on the surface and juice starting to come out Add in 1 tbsp of shaoxin wine and 1-2 tbsp of light soy sauce, some salt and keep stirring Add in diced mooli and some salt, mix well Pour in boiling water to cover all ingredients, bring to boil, then simmer for 30-40 min After 30-40min, add salt to taste, serve in a dish, and sprinkle some green spring onion – bon appetite~ It goes perfectly well with a bowl of rice ^^
