  1. awesome. I can't wait to give this a whirl. I didn't even know how to turn a grill on, but have always loved grilled food. I hope I'm going to become a grillmaster!

  2. I saw that camera pan out very quickly on the cut scene so as not to show the medium well center. I prefer mine on the grill by either a cast iron skillet or soapstone to get an even sear across the entire surface of the steak. Then finish indirect. Sea salt, Fresh Cracked Pepper, Garlic Powder, and a little Cayenne with some EVO.
