Stove Top Grilling Recipes & Tips : How to Dry Grilled Vegetables

“The Boxing Chef” on stove top grilling techniques. Now the green beans are starting to cook really
good, you can kind of see the color on them. This is really nice. As I said when you are
making them, nice platter this is really going to bring out the look in it. It is going to
make everything look good. Now what I’m going to do is I’m going to get another napkin here
cause we are going to put the vegetables in that. What I do is pull it twice and then
I fold it over once again. Vegetables have a lot of moisture in them so you just want
to dry off perfect. The green peppers go off and I say when you are doing this you have
to stay on top of the stove. You cannot walk away because this stuff will burn. If it burns
it will have a bitter taste to it, you don’t want that. I very much recommend when you
do this use a pair of tongs this way your hand will not get so hot and you can pick
everything up and take it off.
