from New York City, “The Boxing Chef” on stove top grilling techniques. Alright let us get
back to the whole theme that we started. We are going to set up the buffet. We would put
little chicken over here, we would follow it up with some salmon. We are going to try
to get as much on the plate as we can but keep in mind you don’t want to over crowd
the plate either. It is always to keep leftovers. The shrimp we would use for the top garnish.
Let’s see let’s put some peppers in here for this color, some parsnips over here. These
nice white circles the turnips would go good here. Let’s throw some color in with some
sweet potatoes. Isn’t that beautiful that orange color there?
