Stove Top Grilling Recipes & Tips : How to Season Grilled Asian Vegetables

On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman
from New York City, “The Boxing Chef” on stove top grilling techniques. Now we are going
to throw the carrots in. Beautiful!
A couple of green beans, there we go. A little seasoning of garlic. Once again salt and pepper,
lots of pepper it brings out the good flavor. There you go. Oh boy these are coming out
really good. You need to spray on the top just a little bit so when I flip them they
will not stick. Let’s see are we ready to flip? Oh ya there we go. Nice color, pan is
nice and hot, everything is cooking a little quicker now. Perfect! Gorgeous looking vegetables.
Look at that it turns a plain white item to something colorful.

  1. Nice pan.  But that does look more like frying than grilling.  I have seen these frying pan lookalikes that are thin metal that have holes in them to grill veggies.  Have you ever seen one of those or tried one?
