  1. Yum😋😋 My grandma used to make this salad & just use tomatoes, cucumber, basil, cilantro, salt pepper, and sour cream mix it up and it was so delicious. We lost her at a young age and it's so painful to this day, but every time I miss her I make the salad and some of her dishes and it makes me feel so much better.

  2. I made this before and yes i used purple basil but dried simply wonderful i add lemon and Olive oil. Love this salad one of my favourites.

  3. I can imagine the aromas of those fresh veggies and herbs , but those in Armenia back then where so much better !!!! I reckon if they still grow those or have switched to Genetically Modified crops (((((( . Kisses to all ……

  4. "I hope your children will be just like their grandma." Hahaha! That was really funny!

Shnorhakalutyun, Heghineh, for this quick and easy and simple recipe. 🙂

  5. Like a Village GREEK SALAD – My favorite! They put Lemons & Olive oil always – but I have learned to eat a salad like this with lemon or lime only, salt & pepper and I am good to go! (When the cucumbers are CRISP, tomatoes ripe/juicy, green peppers fresh/crunchy and onions sweet: it's a piece of HEAVEN). Thanks for sharing.
