Rice – 2 Cups
Water – 3.75 Cups Whistles – 2 Tamarind – 2 Golf balls size Soak in Hot water – 2 cups Boil Tamarind water – 10 mins Oil – 3 Table spoons Mustard seeds, Bengal Gram
Black Gram, Cumin Seeds Dry Red Chilli – 5 to 6 Peanuts – Handful Chopped Green Chilli – 5 Hing (Asafoetida) – Pinch
Pepper Powder – 3 Pinch Turmeric – 1.5 Tea spoon Cashew Nuts (Optional) – to taste Curry leaves – handful Cooked Rice Boiled Tamarind Water Salt – to taste
