The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire) Piano Tutorial v.2

The Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire) Piano Tutorial v.2

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire, Jack Frost nipping on your nose, Yuletide carols being sung by a choir, And folks dressed up like Eskimos. Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe, Help to make the season bright. Tiny tots with their eyes all aglow, Will find it hard to sleep tonight. They know that Santa’s on his way; He’s loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh. And every mother’s child is going to spy, To see if reindeer really know how to fly. And so I’m offering this simple phrase, To kids from one to ninety-two, Although it’s been said many times, many ways, “Merry Christmas to you”

  1. Mm, it's sounds so rich and warm, like a hot chocolate pudding filled with a rich creamy centre….Let me know if that makes any sense 😛 Have you heard the Vinci Guraldi version? 'Cause I have the sheets for it if you wish to check it out.

  2. Hi, yes the book seems the one that I have, except your version seems easier. Did you follow the score or did you make it easier on purpose? This is what I play (although it's not me :-P) /watch?v=xwWh8y1jotI
