So the new space … we’re just so excited. We’ve got the taproom open or it’s going to be open in a day
and you know we’re really fired up about it, just because it’s really
expressive of Yards and Yards Beer. We’re so happy that we found a really
great place to move that’s really close to where we were. We’re still in the
Northern Liberties liberties neighborhood but we’re closer to
Center City, we’re closer to Old City and all the tourism. We’re only five
blocks from the Liberty Bell. We’re really fired up about that. we think it’s
great. We think it’ll be really good for the brand. We’re really making a statement of
being part of Philadelphia, what’s happening downtown.
When visitors come in, we’re close, they can come visit us, they can taste
Philly’s beer right here at the brewery and be able to do a tour and everything throughout the the brew house and learn
more about beer. One of the neat things about our concept for setting up
the taproom is you get to see all facets of the brewery in the tap room and get
to see the fermentation tanks but you can have the beer under outside. You can
actually see the yeast room in the and the control panel, which does all the flow of
the brewery throughout the – wherever the beer goes it goes through the Yeast Room,
which is really neat. And then there’s the brewhouse and there you can see our
new canning line and our bottling line right through this outlet.
So it’s really fun.
